Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Because many of our items are handcrafted and made to order, please allow this time for careful creation and quality inspection before your order is shipped.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, production or shipping delays may occur. We will notify you by email if there will be a significant delay in your order.

Shipping Times

United States:
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 Business weeks after your order has been shipped.

International Orders:
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 Business weeks after your order has been shipped. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, Reluxar is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier logistics.
